Kurkure is extra special snacks, very crunchy and extraordinary in taste. They are made by an uncommon expulsion process. The corn meal is saturated in the flour blender with water and nourished to the revolving head extruder. In the extruder, because of the two revolving plates made of yellow metal, the corn meal are crushed and wound to frame twists shape. The twists go through the bite the dust and gets cut by the cutting knifes into required lengths.
